Registration & Selection Process
- Tenants register through the official form (online or offline).
- Attach a business profile, the products to be sold, and technical requirements.
- The committee conducts a curation process (to maintain product quality and diversity).
- Successful tenants receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and payment invoice.

Tenant Rights & Obligations
Tenant Rights:
- Receive tent facilities as per the package.
- Promotion in official expo publications (website, catalog, social media).
- Access to networking and business matching programs.
- Technical support during the event (technicians, security, cleaning).
Tenant Obligations:
- Pay the rental fee as stipulated.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the tent.
- Do not sell products outside the approved list.
- Adhere to expo operating hours (do not close before the expo's closing time).
- Comply with safety regulations (electricity, fire, cooking utensils, etc.).

Cleanliness & Safety
- Tenants are required to maintain the cleanliness of their respective booth areas, dispose of trash properly, and provide basic cleaning supplies such as brooms and trash bags.
- Tenants are responsible for the safety of their own belongings, tools, and property.
- Littering and the emission of smoke or strong odors are prohibited.

Decorations & Equipment
- Tenants may only decorate their booth within the size limits set by the organizers.
- Decorations must not obscure neighboring booths, obstruct visitor traffic, or damage the organizers' own decorations.
- Additional facilities, such as cooking equipment, must be notified to the organizers and must comply with applicable safety standards.

Tenant Operational System
- Tenant check-in takes place one day before the expo opening (product setup and display).
- Tent operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM WIB daily.
- Logistics: Loading access is only available in the morning (5:00 AM–7:00 AM) and in the evening after closing.
- Tenant support center: Committee members will be on standby in each tenant area for information and assistance.

Electricity & Additional Facilities
- Tenants may only use the electrical power provided by the committee and must bring additional power outlets or terminals if the committee's facilities are insufficient.
- Tenants must bring their own additional equipment, such as display racks, standing banners, cooking utensils, etc.

Products & Transactions
- Tenants are required to confirm the types of products they will sell with the committee beforehand.
- The sale of prohibited items such as firearms, explosives, alcoholic beverages, or items containing racial, ethnic, and intergroup (SARA) content is strictly prohibited.

Order During the Event
- The use of additional platforms or stages within the booth is permitted only up to the maximum height determined by the committee.
- Tenants are required to maintain order and the comfort of visitors and other tenants during the event.

Unloading & Closure
- After the event concludes, the booth area must be returned to the committee in its original clean and intact condition.
- The tenant must dismantle the booth and clean the area according to the dismantling schedule determined by the committee.

Evaluation & Feedback
- After the expo concludes, tenants are asked to fill out an evaluation form.
- The committee provides a report on visitor traffic data and business potential.
- Tenants have the opportunity to receive priority leasing at future events.
